This policy provides £50,000 of legal representation for a premium of
just £75 pa , including;
IR35, S660, TAX, PAYE & VAT Protection - Provides legal costs, expenses and accountants fees to represent you in an in-depth investigation by the Revenue or Customs & Excise.
Attendance Expenses – Provides expenses in the event of jury service.
Employment Disputes & Compensation Awards - Provides legal defence in the resolution of unfair dismissal disputes or alleged breach of statutory rights under employment legislation.
Legal Defence - Provides legal costs and expenses for defence and appeals in respect of civil and criminal proceedings for both you and your employees.
Statutory License Protection - Provides legal representation following an event which results in authorities altering, refusing to renew or cancelling the policy holder’s license or British Standard Certificate of Registration.
