This insurance covers the business if an employee makes a claim for an injury suffered in the course of their duties.
Office and Clerical based employees are increasingly at risk in their work place with the numer of claims for stress related illness or repetitive strain injuries on the increase and in addition to physical accidents.
As a Limited Company, you are legally required to have employers’ liability insurance even if the Principal(s)/Director (s) are the only employees.
Government Legislation states that the minimum Indemnity Limit is £5m, however £10m is available.
